Datacoves is looking for a motivated Technical Customer Success Manager to join our growing team!

This is a technical role, in which you MUST be familiar with dbt, Git, SQL and Python. You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our users—guiding customers through onboarding, offering top-tier support, delivering training, and creating educational content to help them get the most out of Datacoves.

This is a high-impact role at a fast-paced startup where you’ll wear many hats, contribute across teams, and help shape the customer experience from day one.

This is a remote position for people based in North America, Central America, the Caribbean or Colombia with full-time dedication and availability during Eastern Time Zone working hours
