Datacoves is a leading platform that simplifies how companies work with their data to derive business insights. We work across Latin America with a fully remote team (team members currently in Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, Costa Rica, and US). Therefore, we are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, independent, loves learning, and is comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

As a Senior React/Django Engineer you will be building APIs, backend services, web apps, and open-source VSCode extensions aiming to support different phases of the business workflow: accounts & users IDE setup, data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, analysis, and many other challenging projects.

Using frameworks like Django and Django Rest Framework. Combining with other technologies such as React and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Software Development
• 2+ years of experience using React
• 1+ years of experience using Typescript
• 1+ years of experience using Django Rest Framework
• Fluency in UX patterns
• Fluency in HTML / CSS
• Firm understanding of OOP design and database concepts
• PostgreSQL or other SQL database experience
• Studies related to Information Technology are required
• A positive attitude, curiosity to continuously learn, and desire to improve is a must
• Willingness to learn new data domains, analytics, ELT, and insights delivery processes
